High-Performance ZLYJ plastic rubber extruder dedicated reducer

ZLYJ series gearbox is one kind of gear transmission with thrust package for plastic, rubber extruder . Product Design reference JB / T8853-2001 the technical specifications "cylindrical gear reducer" Regulations. It features gears and shaft parts with a high-strength alloy steel. Gear by carburizing, quenching, grinding teeth processing technology. Gear accuracy GB10095-88,level 6. Axial thrust gear hardness of HRC54-62. In the front end of the hollow output shaft is equipped with large-sized thrust bearings to withstand the screw at work. Machine is small, high carrying capacity, smooth transmission, low noise and high efficiency etc.
